DUET
SESSIONS
"Duets" are a great way to save money and still
get very personalized, customized training. They also come
in 1/2-hour and 1-hour formats. Private sessions are always
highly recommended initially, but not required. |

TRIO SESSIONS
To save even more and still benefit from the comprehensive system
of pilates, Pilates Mind And Body offers group sessions which
include work on the reformer and the mat to clients of all levels
of experience.
INTRODUCTION
TO PILATES:
Designed for the client new to the pilates method,
the Introduction to Pilates class is a 50 - 55 minute class
consisting of instruction on both the reformer, the main pilates
apparatus, and on the mat. Clients will learn the concepts and
philosophies of the Pilates method, and how to properly and
safely use the pilates equipment. There is no prerequisite to
join this group, however reservations are required. ADVANCED
BEGINNER GROUP:
This group class is
a 50-55 minute session designed like a private one-hour session.
The "AB" group session is geared for people who
are comfortable with beginning level work and are ready to
advance to a more challenging workout. Participation requires
instructor approval.
INTERMEDIATE GROUP:
Intermediate Group is designed for experienced clients
and will enable you to fine tune your workout without the
cost of a private session. The goal of this class is not only
to change your body and give you a lean, stronger physique,
but also to enable you to one day be independent of an instructor.
Space is limited so reservations in
advance are required. Simply call the studio at 619-337-3700.

MAT
CLASS & GROUP SESSION POLICIES:
(1) Packages
of 5 expire 3 months from date of purchase. Packages of 10 or more
expire 6 months from date of purchase.
(2) A standard of capability and safety awareness is mandatory to
utilize “Open Studio” privileges.
(4) Due to limited space, we are unable to guarantee your spot in
group session without a reservation.
(5) 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all sessions above including
duets, open studio and trio sessions.
